AlterEco-ing can be as simple as hemming, patching, or replacing a zipper, or as complex as re-lining, altering a gown or suit, or restoring vintage pieces.

Our location: Upstairs at the Baker Building (town offices), 122 NH Route 12A, Langdon—just 8 miles from both Walpole and Acworth center. Or call Liana (892-2177) or Alice (499-6783) for a pick-up appointment at your house.

Our hopes: In addition to alteration and other sewing work, we hope to bring individuals and groups into our new studio space for all sewing- and other arts-related gatherings. If you want a place to work on your own project, our space is available. For a small hourly fee, you can use our machines and tools or bring your own. To the degree you are able or would like, you can work independently or with our guidance. We also give private or group sewing lessons at all levels, and will host workshops for refashioning and other arts. PLEASE CONTACT US TO LET US KNOW WHAT KIND OF WORKSHOP INTERESTS YOU.
