Meeting began: 7:00PM
Motion TE/JT to accept documents prepared for this meeting including BOS letter offering Highway Supervisor position to David Lacasse and personnel documents titled Standards of Conduct and Personnel Policies with acknowledgment of receipt, passed; It was noted that these documents had been developed for use during this transition period in the HWD but that they could be modified at a later date for use in other Town departments.
Motion TE/JT to move to nonpublic session for discussion of personnel matters under RSA 91-A:3II(a)(b)(e), passed: TE, GA, JT, 7:10PM; Returned to public session 8:30PM.
Motion TE/JT to sign letter of offer to DL, passed.
MotionTE/JT to sign personnel documents cover letter to Bob Stocker, passed; It was noted copies will also be made available to Keith Short.
There was consensus that the regularly scheduled BOS meeting of June 21 would be postponed to June 28.
