2. GA noted apparent low bid to be Hodgkins & Sons and explained bids would be reviewed by Selectmen and Steve Gray and contractors would be notified.

Discussion: (GA, TE, SG, TP, RV, KS)
1. Bids were reviewed for completeness and correct math; Discussion took place as to equipment capability of lower bidder; SG spoke with Russ Hodgkins to confirm fine grading component capability.
2. Motion TE/GA to award contract to low bidder Hodgkins & Sons contingent on supplying their own grader, passed.
3. SG will draft contractor results letter and winning bid letter which will include stipulations concerning grader and providing insurance certificate, traffic control plan and signage plan.
